How long will it take for my product to arrive?

For Online Orders, we ask you wait 28 days for delivery, however, if we have the product ready-made and in stock it will arrive sooner. Please contact us if you have and urgent requirement and we will do our best to meet it.

For all other orders we will confirm with you personally, the delivery time

How will I receive my order?

You will be emailed a dispatch note and then should receive your product within 2-3 working days in the UK by recorded delivery. Please note: recorded delivery requires a signature on receipt.

Where will we deliver to?

We will deliver to anywhere worldwide. If you are having difficulties ordering online, please contact us and we will organise an alternate method of payment: Banker’s Draft, Postal Order or by Cheque.

Will the wood unbend?

Untreated wood which is steam bent can be susceptible to unbending if it gets left in damp, wet environments.

At sixixis we know how much and in which direction the wood will go, so almost all of our designs are ‘tied-in’ in some way so you don’t have to worry about this. The designs that are not tied in are treated with a surface finish to help prevent the product from unbending. Certain products can only be used indoors, check out the product specifications for this information.

What finishes do you use?

We use natural oil and wax finishes on most of the products, but there are certain products that require a specialist finish guaranteeing that the product will last and retain its quality.

What happens if my product arrives broken, or starts to unbend?

Please report any damages or faults to us within 28 days of receipt of goods.

Any claim for damaged or defective goods can only be considered if the goods are returned to the sixixis workshop in their original packaging or similar suitable packaging to ensure sufficient protection in transit. Please write the reason for your return on an A4 piece of paper and enclose it in your parcel. Please note, we recommend that you use recorded delivery, as we cannot be held responsible for lost goods.

Is shopping on the Internet safe?
